Digital Marketing Manager
Solenco is a South African importer and distributor of home-comfort appliances — we represent Meaco and Mill, and sell under our own Solenco and Solenco Life brands. Our range covers air purifiers, heaters, fans, dehumidifiers, and lifestyle appliances.
We're looking for a content-first Digital Marketing Manager to lead the brand's social presence and, over time, own our performance marketing. You'll work within AI-driven systems that handle most of the data and reporting — your job is to make great content, spot what's working, and act on it fast.

What you'll own
- Social strategy and hands-on content creation — Reels, TikToks, Shorts, product demos, and copy that sounds like a real person wrote it.
- The brand's paid ads over time — Meta, Google, Takealot, and Amazon. We'll train you; what matters is the commercial thinking, not the platform knowledge on day one.
- E-commerce and marketplace content — listings, imagery, A+ pages, and anything else that helps a customer decide.
- Influencer and creator partnerships — finding the right people, briefing them well, and making sure it converts.
- Measuring what drives revenue — our reporting is largely automated, so your job is to act on it, not build it.
What we're looking for
- Strong content creation and short-form video — you've made things people actually watched.
- Sharp copywriting — clear, direct, and on-brand without being stiff.
- Comfortable on camera and behind it — you don't freeze when someone points a phone at you.
- Genuinely fluent with AI tools in your daily workflow — not "I've tried ChatGPT," but actually using AI to work faster and better.
- Organised and independent — you can own a project from brief to publish without someone chasing you.
- Commercially curious — you care whether the content you make actually sells anything.
- Paid media experience is a plus, not a dealbreaker.
