Solenco Monthly Hizero Bionic Hard Floor Cleaner Competition

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   The competition is organised and promoted by Solenco South Africa (“the Promoter”).
2. Competition Period
   The competition will run from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, inclusive.
   One winner will be selected each month during this period.
3. Eligibility
• The competition is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older.

4. How to Enter

• To qualify for the monthly draw, a customer must make a purchase on the official Solenco website(www.solenco.co.za) during the relevant calendar month.
• The purchase can be any product or consumable, of any value.
• Only purchases made within a specific month will qualify for that month’s draw.
• No additional entry steps are required — every qualifying purchase counts as one entry.

5. Monthly Draw

• One (1) winner will be randomly selected each month from all qualifying purchases made during that month.
• The draw will be conducted live (via Solenco’s chosen platform).
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prize

• Each monthly winner will receive one (1) Hizero Bionic Hard Floor Cleaner.
• The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

7. Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize

• Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at checkout (email and/or phone).
• The winner must respond within three (3) working days of being contacted.
• If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a re-draw and select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Delivery

• Delivery of the prize will be arranged by Solenco South Africa and will be limited to addresses within South Africa.
• The Promoter will not be responsible for any delays caused by incorrect contact or delivery details provided by the winner.

9. General

• By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and participants.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition if required by circumstances beyond its control, in line with South African consumer protection laws.

10. Data Protection

• By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and for Solenco South Africa’s marketing communications, including promotional emailers.Participants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in Solenco’s emails. Personal information will be processed in accordance with Solenco South Africa’s Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

11. Acceptance of Terms

• Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
