Solenco Purification Pal Giveaway — Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter 

The competition is organised and promoted by Solenco South Africa ("the Promoter").

2. Competition Period 

The competition will run from 9 September 2026 to 29 September 2026, inclusive, in three weekly entry periods:

• Week 1: 9 September – 15 September 2026

• Week 2: 16 September – 22 September 2026

• Week 3: 23 September – 29 September 2026

One winner will be selected for each weekly entry period, for a total of three (3) winners.

3. Eligibility

• The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.

• Entrants must have an active, public Facebook or Instagram profile in order to participate and be verified as a winner.

• Employees of Solenco South Africa and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter 

To enter the relevant week's draw, an entrant must, during that week's entry period:

• Follow Solenco South Africa on Facebook and/or Instagram (@solencosouthafrica); and

• Comment on the designated giveaway post for that week; and

• Share the designated giveaway post (e.g. to their own Story or timeline).

Only entries completed in full, on the correct platform, and within the relevant weekly entry period will qualify for that week's draw. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entries that use methods not listed above (including tagging another person in place of sharing) will not be counted.

5. Weekly Draw

• One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during each weekly entry period.

• The draw will take place within 1 working day of the relevant entry period closing, using ‘The Wheel of Names’.

• The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

6. Prize

• Each weekly winner will receive one (1) Solenco Purification Pal air purifier.

• Three (3) prizes will be awarded in total across the competition period.

• The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

7. Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize

• Winners will be notified via a reply to their winning comment and/or a direct message on the platform they entered through (Facebook or Instagram).

• The winner must respond to the notification, and provide the information requested to arrange delivery, within three (3) working days.

• If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a re-draw and select an alternative winner from the same weekly entry pool.

8. Prize Delivery

• Prizes will be shipped to winners; there is no in-store collection option for this competition.

• Delivery will be arranged by Solenco South Africa and is limited to addresses within South Africa.

• The Promoter will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the winner.

9. Facebook & Instagram Disclaimer 

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any information provided by an entrant is provided to Solenco South Africa and not to Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. Entrants release Meta, Facebook, and Instagram from any and all liability arising from this competition.

10. General

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and participants, and to disqualify any entry that does not meet the entry requirements in Clause 4.

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition if required by circumstances beyond its control, in line with South African consumer protection laws.

11. Data Protection By entering, participants consent to Solenco South Africa collecting and using their name, social media handle, and (for winners only) delivery address, for the purposes of administering this competition and for Solenco's marketing communications, including promotional emailers. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link included in Solenco's emails. Personal information will be processed in accordance with Solenco South Africa's Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

12. Acceptance of Terms 

Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
